The mastery thing works like skill damage down if your at 0 it goes negative I think this is intended as 90% stolen is the cap when you have 200% crit rate. And this would make him good vs DD teams also by boosting his crit damage not just useful vs mastery teams

She is a more of a whales Tech hero.. She has no wide range use.. For majority of players she is useless.. Maybe they can use her for her basic to steal buff and thats it..
