Creation of TIN Surface with point, line and raster (DEM) datasets
This video will demonstrate the creation of TIN model with the help of Point data (Containing elevation field), contours and DEM datasets using ArcMap.
ArcGIS supports the Delaunay triangulation method. The Delaunay triangulation ensures that no vertex lies within the interior of any of the circumcircles of the triangles in the network.
A triangulated irregular network (TIN) surface can be generated from surface source measurements or by converting another functional surface to a TIN surface. We can create a TIN surface from features, such as points, lines, and polygons, that contain elevation information. A TIN surface can also be created from a raster dataset (DEM), terrain dataset, or LA...

Calculation of Soil Loss with Universal Soil Loss Equation
Просмотров 1,6 тыс.3 года назад
This tutorial will demonstrate how to calculate Soil Loss with the help of USLE. The Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) is a widely used mathematical model that describes soil erosion processes. Erosion models play critical roles in soil and water resource conservation and nonpoint source pollution assessments, including: sediment load assessment and inventory, conservation planning and design...

Network Analysis: Choosing optimal store locations using location-allocation
Просмотров 2,4 тыс.4 года назад
The main objective of this tutorial is to locate stores close to population centers, which provide demand for the stores. This objective is based on the premise that people tend to shop more at nearby stores than at those that are farther away. The location-allocation analysis using three different problem types: maximize attendance, maximize market share, and target market share will be perfor...
Networking Analysis: Servicing a set of orders with a fleet of vehicles
Просмотров 1854 года назад
This tutorial shows how to find the best routes for a fleet of vehicles, operated by a distribution company, to deliver goods from a distribution center to a set of 25 grocery stores. Each store has a specific quantity of demand for the goods, and each truck has a limited capacity for carrying the goods. The main objective is to assign trucks in the fleet a subset of the stores to service and t...

An amazing video I have watched, it perfectly worked for me
How can we add label. Ie. Value to bar graph column
hi how to contact you need the same demographics data for other districts in haryana!
Nice
How can I download the census data as ur video is 3 years old but I am not able to download it.
why arent the routes following the roads. why are some of the routes going over water.
nice one, very helpful
Sir please attached the document link in comment section
Useless
Please upload a video about how to delineate shoreline changes of an island
Sir I cannot find the ST/SC specific data like in your table
Thanks bro
Thanks for the tutorial. But i have a question about Sediment transportation index. Some pixels has no data. what is causing this and can we assume this no data as 0
state not selecting. what should i do?
can you send me data please
Hey, Got some Queries, can you drop your mail id? URGENT!!!!
I have a question, can the program Arc Gis analyze the road network and exactly determine the shortest path from point 1 to 2, and from 1 to 3 and from 1 to 4 that is, making several paths from one location to several points, and how is this done if I have one center and 12 thousand Point
I can not add facilities more than 68. In that case i receive “exceed maximum facility” error. Even i tried with a powefull hardware but nothing changed. Could you help me?
where to get 1981 data..her only till 1991 is available..could you help
sir, how can i find out the varaiable name ? like p_06
Can you give me this data let me test no ?
hi can we get this data that you used in your tutorial..farhadali9283282@gmail.com kindly send me on this email
brother yae data mil sakta kya
P_06 means
Hello Priya, P_06 means "population below the age of six years"
Excellent Video. Thank you so much. I am wondering if the 'Fill' layer in this analysis is " Fill Sink" Layer or not. Thank you
Thanks Biswas, Yes, it is filled sink layer
I have one question. Dissection index range is 0 to 1. but in your result highest value is 1.9 . why value is more than 1?
Congratulations on the tutorial. I would like to know the method used to generate the LS factor.
thanks for providing help...
Thank you
Hi can I ask something
Yes! ask please...
How can I chat with yoiu? email or phone? for your services?

Thank you, this is amazing!
Hell sir, how can i get elevation for OSM line features for network analysis ...
Hello Rahul, For incorporating elevation with the distance you have to create a cost and distance model using euclidean distance and slope cost surface.
@@planetmapper sir, it would be a great help i you could make a vedio tutorial on it specifically
Hello thanks you. i don't have imagery in my barre outils you can help me please
TALKING WOULD HELP THANKS.
See this link, it will help: desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/extensions/network-analyst/exercise-7-servicing-a-set-of-orders-with-a-fleet-of-vehicles.htm
Nice tutorial. Are sediment transport capacity index and sediment transport index similar?? can u please provide the formula f STI. Thanks.
Hello, STCI and STI both are different and the formula for calculation is given in the video. STI = (m + 1) × (As / 22.13)m × sin(B / 0.0896)n Where As is the specific catchment area (i.e. the upslope contributing area per unit contour length) estimated using one of the available flow accumulation algorithms in the Hydrology toolbox; B is the local slope gradient in degrees; the contributing area exponent, m, is usually set to 0.4 and the slope exponent, n, is usually set to 1.4. Notice that As must not be log-transformed prior to being used; As is commonly log-transformed to enhance visualization of the data. The slope image can be created from the base digital elevation model (DEM) using the Slope tool. The input images must have the same grid dimensions.
@@planetmapper Thanks a lot
are these formulas universal,
