I tend to do better if I focus on the splinter in my own eye.
My high school BFs mom was quick to point out that you should never verbally discipline children by saying "[YOU] are bad" you say "[that action] is bad/wrong," and I don't think **nearly** enough people understand the shame they create unwittingly by not consciously differentiating that. It's a seemingly small thing that actually has potential for a huge and lasting impact on their self image & identity. THEY aren't "bad." The action they chose is "bad," and easily correctable. Honestly I even say "[that] is bad/wrong" with my animal companions too and you can call me crazy all you want, but there's a marked difference in their responses to that vs the responses of friend's pets who are told they specifically are bad. When they hear "you're bad"/"NO, BAD!" they carry both guilt for disappointing you- their cherished human - and shame for "being bad," idc what anyone has to say about it. And if there's that much of a noticeable difference in dogs and cats, etc, think about how much more terribly impactful that is for a human of ANY age, but certainly children who want nothing more to be loved by us and please us in every possible way. They will hear us telling them that **they** are "bad" echoing through their brains with every future self consideration and decision and the more they hear it the more permanently destructive it will become. It will soon be replaced their own words and inner thoughts about themselves and will become incredibly difficult to change with each new recollection of "my mom/dad said I am bad" or self narration of "I am bad." Sorry, I'm rambling bc this is SO important to me and takes almost no effort to correct in our daily speech patterns. I apologize for that. I'm so grateful that BFs mom brought that to my attention & that it had such an impact that it changed my own speech habits, even as a high schooler.

"Boxed" breathing has saved me from sensory spirals more times than I can count. I was taught "in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, hold for 4, repeat" but your method sounds great for when it's even too overwhelming for that simpler method. Definitely subbing. You are such a light! ❤
aw, thank you so much! and yes, box breathing is awesome as well! there is something that is like a power punch with this one, I don't know why but it helped me eliminate panic attacks and migraines! I learned it from Dr. Weil, I put the link of him explaining it in the description...he explains this as a practice not a one time thing, I do it almost every day! My dear OP- Please know I'm saying this with love and understanding & if it makes it in front of your eyes, please read it through in totality. Let other people's actions go. They're not your responsibility. Only YOU are your responsibility. It's not for you to change them, only to be the good example for them to see and emulate. ONE DAY/HOUR/MINUTE/SECOND AT A TIME. You're still learning to be comfortable in your own discomfort and powerful in your own powerlessness, and that is HUGE! Good job! I know deeply that it is dangerously soul crushing to want to save someone from the cycles of pain & sickness that we humans must necessarily deal with in this life, but we have to let them come to it in their own time or they won't succeed. That's incredibly junky, but it just IS. That was a difficult lesson for me to learn as well and I hear my own struggles with it in your own words. We are only human and as such are inherently flawed but that's ok too, I promise! Everything you said about the Serenity Prayer is **bang on** and it seems to me that you're now on your way to truly accepting that we can't change anything other than ourselves. Sit with that for awhile and really let it come to a place where you're ok in knowing that. Remember, there's ALWAYS support, someone to talk things over with, get different view points from and 24/7 global meetings at your disposal to gain new insights and evolve from. I know you don't know me, but today I will carry you in my heart and pray for you to have the meaningful guidance and support that you need/seek in this moment in time. I've never seen you or your channel before, but you/this vid were the very top of my page today so I feel as though this is The Divine Universe bringing us together for support & understanding, if only for a fleeting minute in time. You are loved. You are valued. Your efforts and very self are appreciated. Never doubt or forget that. Be well, be blessed & (perhaps most importantly) harm NONE (& that includes you, fellow human ❤)

Its so much, such a big adjustment to your family, kind of like postpartum. So take care of yourself 💜 like actual PPD, it will get better.

Mothers coo. The mother we wish for and yearn for even when mum passes to the next journey. It is the balance we need in a world that is very masculine. I wanted to be that mother and trauma and society dictates it otherwise. Now I’m really getting to know my children (Kari, Ashley and Nikki) as a mother. I’ve always loved them hugely but now with them having this therapy and owning my own life journey, I can. Thank you Z by the way…chat…you have a great giggle…and I love you ❤️

oh that is so interesting because I notice that the F is a hard letter for me, I tend to revert to the "secretary's f" without a top loop, just found an old handwriting book on my walk in a pile of free books, excited to take a look at it....also interested in hearing more about the spider, I'd like to make peace with them...

What I'm hearing is, be a mermaid. ❤😂 Thank you for the video and info. These past few days have been absolutely WILD. I find myself thinking "what is happening in the other realms that is resulting in these feelings and creating THIS story on THIS timeline?" Having done SSP and learning about myself I have been able to tune in and avoid major meltdown. Love these reminders and continued education.

Hi I remember when I first started this practice 14 years ago and though I had the books , I didn’t seem to follow directions or best said “ I didn’t know the power in just following one inch margins all around the page except the right side representing the future , go all the the end without scrunching words .the top one inch for it represents authority, you really don’t want to do more than one inch from the top . The power in this practice is more than most would ever imagine or could ever imagine . Please reach out to me if you’re still writing .

The theory behind pms feels like it makes sense at first but I feel falls apart when you really think about it. Like, if humans are social creatures (and travel in family units, not just partnerships) wouldn't relationship strife put them in danger of being ostracized from the group? Or if population # are really small, limit the chances of a mating partner trying again to reproduce with them? So much to learn about female bodies, I feel like they are built so much more complex then scientists give them credit for
great points! for me it is just a relief to open up to seeing how complex and real and impactful it all is and use that curiosity to get really clear on how to support ourselves and each other so that we are not stuck in the cycles of blame and shame and misery <3
Sometimes I can feel the onset of my pmdd, it's like I can't feel happiness anymore. Very bad anxiety too at the end of my cycles. Studys show the serotonin level drops with the onset of mpdd

PMDD is moreso about how the brain overreacts to changing hormone levels, not the hormone levels themselves. The issue is in the brain. I wonder how much gut bacteria plays a role in PMDD.
Oh very interesting! Can you share a bit more about what you mean of brain reacting to hormone levels vs hormones?
