    Another thing I would do is get the local team to interact with the US team of MailChimp more often. Just speak to the folks in different departments, understand them well, ask questions about culture/festivals. The local team can gather a lot from these interactions, which will avoid a repeat of what happened.

      Interviews are very subjective, the idea is for you to think through the questions and imagine how you’d tackle them. These interviews are just one way of tackling them :) Since these interviewees are seasoned founders, CXOs and are showing you a mock interview - they’re mostly doing it all right since the idea is to show interviewees how it’s done!

    IMO, the best way to improve brand confidence is by running in-person events at the best-matched customer base location (take CRM conversion data) and sending them a brand kit to kick-start the course, even if they are on the free version. Too many distractions are already present online, so following the same set of webinar strategies is overkill unless it is coupled with a physical touch.

      That’s smart. But may not scale well for a fast growing company adding 400-500 students every month. Secondly, may not be low CAC.

    We need more such interview reverse roleplays. Gives a lot of insights into how to properly answer a question or take up an activity. A very cool idea would be to take 1 step further and also do reverse roleplay activities like White boarding, Design assignments, technical assignments etc.

    i know you guys are discussing a very series matter and i really love the information shared here but i prefer, Minhaz and Viren to smile more, and stop looking at the table more, i know the table is very pretty but when you are not speaking maybe smile, lookup and try to do gestures it will be more engaging that way, and i would also like to know how you can negotiate for such a high pay, Minhaz jump from 10 to 30 that usually never happens, would like to know more about her negotiation tactics will help the user, i won't make Abhinav sit there because he is wearing black dress and the bg is also blackish, would prefer a different shirt or change seats, color correction of the video can be better, enhance the light levels a bit to sharp the blacks, lighting is really nice more professional looking overall love the video, but more smiles, stop looking at the table, and it's always lovely to see Manvi doing what she do best

    Coming up with a strategy on the go can be tough, but this was really interesting! How would a campaign around 'Change to elevate' work? Since we know to grow an athlete needs to be ever changing so we do see Chris embracing that change to see how yoga helps him improve in his game while showcasing the product at the center of it making it possible to help him rack that progress.
