I ordered my Mojave Grom at the beginning of the month, still waiting for it. Looks like my son and me are going to have a great time with it, whenever it shows up. Thanks for showing us what it's capable of.

We’ve yet to run 3S through the Mojave Grom yet. 2S is plenty of fun for us so far

Nope came with a 22t pinion.
These Groms are really reliable as an all-around RC, especially the granite, which could be used for bashing and speedrunning. It's awesome that you're giving us a chance to win a high-end RC!

I really like the groms, even though I had so many problems in only 1 month of ownership, I'm still very happy, such a little toy, but the thing is I'm driving it even after all the problems I had, just doing DIY stuff, I can't spend money cause I'm 16, hoping to drive it until it dies completely, until its last breath, hahaha
That's the best way to do it. I have so many parts I don't need. If there's any part you need and I have it I'll send to you. Just let me know

Dat Der is one of my favorite small scale rc's, I packed the diffs with Losi Grease 15K/Front, 5K/Rear, 80wt Shock oil, & run Rlaarlo AK-917 Street tires on pavement.
Oh I got a cheap set of street tires I forgot about! And it's my favorite too.

Kids got great taste. I think it's top speed is 65mph with the Mmx8 and the 8s 12500kv spektrum motor. But I was driving on road behind the kraton thumb steering the rc. So she might be faster.
Those tires have traction? My kids got them for the mojave summer time runs
I mean they do have some traction but there not supposed to. There basher drift tires! I have done a speed run with them hit over 100mph no issues. Ya know

The 223 blx is by far our favorite system- my 11 year old sons Mojave has the dboots from a typhoon for added traction. These totally rip

Dude, same here. I got a brand new Xmaxx ultimate. I've only ran once. Granted, I'm putting my own touch on her, and it's cold af. So wanna wait til spring ya know.
Love the Grom lines and was actually thinking of eventually buying one to giveaway to a kid bc I do believe for some people the Groms are a bit expensive but one of the best lines to start of with ( watching videos on everyone who’s gotten one and never owning one but a darn hyper go🤣)

I haven’t had that issue yet... But you reminded me. I was gonna build some windscreens. Just for that reason.
I've seen it described as a 1/14 scale also. I don't care actually but it is around the same size as my 1/14 wltoys 144001 buggy and it's bigger then my 1/16 and 1/18 scale stuff. LoL I've got V1 Mojave brushed version that I paid more for then the new version without battery. Wish I would had waited. But mine is upgraded to brushless and all but still. Where did u get the ramp?
Yea yea 1/18th is click bait/comment bait lol Got ya haha. Sounds like you got your Mojave all sorted 👍 and that ramp is a Freshpark BMX jump. I think I paid a couple hundo. It lives outside no rust. Yet

These groms are looking more appealing every time I see one. I'm torn between this 223 and the 4S version. Every time I say the word "Arrma" my Baja Rey gets jealous and throws a fit.
Imo the groms need pavement to have fun. Having no ground clearance sucks sometimes. Now the 4s should handle alot more terrain. I don't have a 4s only 6s mojaves. I'd go that route. Oh I just rebuild my baja 2.0 she been broken for ever. Stay tuned ya know.

I haven’t seen these on Amazon. Can you only get these directly from Rlaarlo?
I've seen them on Direct Rc, but other than that, Rlaarlo, I believe, is the only place to buy. And if you ever need a warranty, I recommend only buying from Rlaarlo.
Was 50k the magic for the diffs?
It's hard to say. I might put 100k in the rear here soon. 50k is just alittle loose for me.
@@TurtleRcI tried packing the diff housings with grease on my Typhon Grom. That seems to have silenced the crunchy gear noises for now. Our Mojave Grom seems to be pretty smooth so far.
@randylivengood3112 I've heard grease is good. Did I listen no lol. I might give it a go. I just generally run almost locked diffs in my other armmas.
