Sean, Thisis a great tribute. I called Hollywood South to see if they could finish the movie. I haven't heard back from them yet. This movie is an important movie for our acadian culture in Louisiana to be seen for generations to come.Iam sure your dad thought so as well.

This touches my soul. My Grandma was born in New Orleans as was her Mother and Uncle. I did not know their history until shortly before I moved there on a whim in 1977. They were of German and Irish immigrants. Corinne Hahn Hayes was my Great grandma and family history says to her there was New orleans and everywhere else. My Grandma gave me her Mother's photo album which I had for many years. At a family gathering I gave it to a younger generation cousin whom I have no contact with, don't even know her name and cannot locate who she is. I fell in love with New Orleans and stayed there for almost ten years. Taught in Barataria for my first year (dis, dat, dese,and doze). I love Louisiana. Your story and music are truly beautiful

Sean, I met your Dad in 1987, at a Ventures show in Merced Ca. He was very gracious and we talked at length about guitars and amps! Legendary musician and a true gentleman, but you knew that! Thank you for posting this. He is, and will be, greatly missed!
