In California the two largest fully funded white supremacy hate groups are the Contra Costa County fire department and the Walnut Creek police department. These are two commissioners approved city leaders sanctioned hate groups. The racism is real the sin is great. Jesus is Risen.

The probation department is staffed with some really shady people. In fact several shady malicious behaving people work for Solano County in all county departments. When I lived in Solano County in the 1990s I was on probation because law enforcement entrapped me in a malicious court case. My probation officer was a witch threatening to put me in jail everyday and taking me to court every week!! I was hounded by law enforcement and my rights were violated. I was humiliated by the system. My case was a witch hunt that did so much harm to me, because of the snakes working through the system. Your not the only one that has been mistreated in Solano County by the county system. However you have the power to get creative by investigating the local government misconduct. You can be part of cleaning the swamp!! Please utilize the Solano County Civil Grand Jury's office. If you serve a term on the Solano County Civil Grand Jury then you can investigate Solano County's probation department. In fact if you do serve on the Solano County Civil Grand Jury then you have the ability to investigate all Solano County departments, any county official, all city departments, and city officials mayors, cops, county directors in all different county departments too. Civil Grand Jury members have access to all county and city department records. Civil Grand Jury members are trained to investigate local government misconduct and write public reports with findings and recommendations to change what you do not like about the damn county scum bags tyrants. The civil grand jury reports are read by the legislators, the attorney general, the department of Justice (DOJ) and a wide public audience that can file suit against county and city officials. Just imagine yourself working as a civil grand jury member in Solano County for around a year. You can have the power and privilege to do research on the probation department, request all kinds of records from the probation department and interview probation officers, probation directors etc. If you are a civil grand jury member you can interview the probation department and the probation department has to do the interview with the civil grand jury if the civil grand jury requests an interview with the probation department personnel or the county employees can be found in contempt of court if they do not comply with the civil grand jury's requests. Civil Grand Jury members can investigate any county employee and county official and county personnel and they have to comply with the civil grand jury's request when the civil grand jury requests interviews and records during investigations. Even Judicial Assistants and court clerks can be investigated by the civil grand jury. The civil grand jury can investigate the Jerks in the District Attorney's office, and hostile idiots in all law enforcement agencies can be investigated by the civil grand jury. Civil grand jury can request all records, video, and documents from their offices too. As a civil grand jury member civil grand jury members are assigned to be on a committees and grand jury members can be a chairperson on the Civil Grand Jury in charge of investigations against any and all county departments, any and all county and city officials. You can receive a Civil Grand Jury badge to wear around the court house and a parking pass too. As an ordinary citizen you can hold county and city officials accountable and report about misconduct. Even probation officers and the probation department director. The civil grand jury reports are read by the attorney general, legislators and oversight committees that barge in the county and law enforcement offices if misconduct if revealed. I would advise you to fill out a civil grand jury application and turn in the civil grand jury application. The term for civil grand jury begins in June, but people resign so the civil grand jury's office is looking for alternate grand jury members. You can be chose as an alternate civil grand jury member as long as your not a convicted felon. Tell a friend or a family member to do serve on the civil grand jury too. If your fed up with the insane amount of corruption and misconduct in Solano County then put the civil grand jury to work. The resources and ability to hold the county idiots accountable is available and you will learn about committees, people on boards and oversight committees that are other forms of watchdog organizations. Believe me you have the power to hold the asshole in Solano County accountable! You can get your power back and for other people too that have been wronged by the system.

Probation is a disgusting department. They don't weigh the crimes in consistent to their bad attitudes towards the person on probation. They need to use discretion in consistent to the actual crime committed.not treat a person with tax evasion as if he committed murder.

@@Artificialintelligentle Utilized the Solano County Civil Grand Jury's office. Submit a complaint to the Solano County Civil Grand Jury's office. or you can be a Civil Grand Jury member. FYI: Civil Grand Jury members have a lot of powers, privileges and qualified immunity. If any county employee has mistreated you, mistreated a friend or family member then write a complaint to the Solano County Civil Grand Jury. The Civil Grand Jury investigates local government and county misconduct. Which includes the probation department! Civil Grand Jury members inspect county jails, juvenile hall and can question county sheriff jail employees, all law enforcement department personnel and all county employees. Any one can submit a complaint to the Solano County Civil Grand Jury's office about local government, law enforcement and county and city misconduct. For example: Someone that was falsely arrested, falsely imprisoned and held in the Solano County jail for over a month a few years ago on a misdemeanor charge that was later dismissed. While sitting in jail Ms. Taylor and Ms. Grapentine mistreated the person in jail. Ms. Grapentine showed up to work for her shift at Solano County Jail and immediately began verbally abusing the person in their jail cell through the intercom inside the jail cell. Then Ms. Grapentine knowingly denied the person in the jail to not have a break outside their jail cell when the person didn't do anything wrong. Then the person in the jail cell couldn't have a shower, wasn't allowed to make a phone call, was yelled and screamed at for hours on end by Ms. Grapentine. Because of that type of abuse it provoke the person in the jail to panic, feel unsafe and voice they were being mistreated, because of Ms. Grapentine's abusive behavior. Then Ms. Taylor came on her shift at the Solano County Jail. Ms. Grapentine lied to Ms. Taylor to mislead Ms. Taylor about the person in the jail shifting blame on the person in the jail. So naturally Ms. Taylor placed more harsh restrictions on the person in the jail. The person in jail requested a grievance complaint form and no one in the county jail gave the person in jail the grievance complaint form. The documentation that was requested by the person in jail was not provided by the county jail employees. The person in the jail was ignored, the jail cell window was taped up so the person in the jail cell couldn't look outside of the jail cell. Then the jail employees would verbally abuse the person in the jail through the jail intercom to psychologically torment the person in the jail. Then if the person in the jail spoke up after being abused then the jail employees would submit a complaint to other county employees so they would place even more harsh restrictions on the person in the jail so they couldn't have time out of their jail cell for over a week. This is the type of misconduct the Solano County Civil Grand Jury can investigate and report about publicly. Even if the probation department employees are overstepping their boundaries and messing with you the civil grand jury can investigate misconduct and probation department employees too !! Probation Department officers are known for misconduct too. Make a complaint to the Solano County civil grand jury about it. Civil Grand Jury reports are made public and law makers, the attorney general and other organizations read the civil grand jury report. Then the county officials, county employees, law enforcement personnel and othe county departments that abuse their power are sued, sanction, possibly fired and changes are implemented. Utilize the Solano County Civil Grand Jury's office. Submit a complaint to the Solano County Civil Grand Jury's office. or you can be a Civil Grand Jury member. The Solano County Civil Grand Jury can do an audit on the Probation Department Office!! Here are the steps on how to initiate an audit at the Solano County probation department. Go online and Google Solano County Civil Grand Jury. Then print out a complaint form. Then fill out the complaint form and send the completed complaint form to the Solano County Civil Grand Jury's office. Your name and information you write in a civil grand jury complaint is kept confidential by the civil grand jury. Then the civil grand jury can do an audit. In my opinion a lot of Solano County departments and all law enforcement agencies need to be audited, investigated and the misconduct should reported about publicly.

Oh yeah. I used to be a probation officer. It’s a tough racket. I agree it’s emotional labor and it’s not for everyone. I also agree most young people do not understand the totality of probation and usually over generalize it as felons checking in for a urine test. Good interview. Back in 2001, I wish there was better pre-service training and preparation for the emotional labor aspect or the job. At a certain point, I think a lot of probation officers realize they are more concerned and invested in the typical offender’s future than the offender. It can be depressing. Then, you start to condition yourself to pace yourself, ration out your empathy and emotional labor for those who are more receptive to it. However, you also learn the people who are most responsive to your emotional labor are the probationers most likely to succeed with or without you, which leaves you questioning your value, purpose as a probation or parole officer. Now, as a teacher in higher education, I find myself wrestling with similar issues. Thankfully, students are usually more responsive, appreciative of my emotional labor. Still struggling to connect with the population in the middle. It would have been great to hear from one of Chief Leach’s officers about case planning success with probationers in the middle of the matrix. Cheers!

You need to hold your own officers accountable first you need to hold yourself accountable which we know that ain't going to happen and the outside authority needs to be watching over you criminals with badges just like the probation officer who lied in open court about evidence that he planted himself and you want to say you are protecting and serving the public pull your head out of your ass
