Kitchen knife handle acidic curved great sword blade is peak, best feeling weapon from my playthrough. Until I got a couple others at the end at least (final final boss and the nose)

A tip: for attacks that put you in that push back sword drag animation when deflected (like the end of her spinning combo at 1:33), they're usually set up so the timining to dodge through the is pretty genereous. Especially against Corrupted Monk, if you dodge through the last hit of the spinning combo and that slow uppercut (at 1:59) you can get it a bunch more health hits and avoid the downtime from being pushed back.
I’ll have a give it a try next time I hop on sekiro, that’s my go-to warmup boss

i had to go through this the hard way... i bought the dlc when it came out expecting i could start it from the menu.. sadly i found out i had to beat mohg... and then i waited for my summer break so i had time to get to him, i had just started a new NG+ (6 or 7?) a couple months ago and then stopped playing elden ring, then when i came back i thought that i had killed varré so i couldnt get to mohg early so i had to go through almost the entire game just to find out that i had NOT killed varré and then i did his questline and killed radahn, and i was just thinking: "what the fuckkkkkkk dudeeeeeee"
Getting to mohg without varré’s quest is so much extra effort, it’s the worst. Also NG+6 or 7? I could never, I would’ve started a new character by NG+4 LOL
istg marais executioner sword is so freaking busted!
It’s crazy good against big targets, especially when you stack the talismans and physick tear for buffing consecutive hits. Millicent’s prosthesis, rotten winged sword insignia, and thorny cracked tear in the physick makes the damage stupid

@@straycookin 3 times?!?! i only killed divine beast dancing lion cause im exploring alot right now, the build is something i got from fextralife, but i made some tweaks, basically you're using Beast claw, infuse it with Occult and it will get bleed, upgrade it of course and then, i use varre's mask, the heaviest gloves i have cause that wont be visible, and the rest you just choose yourself, i personally like using armor for aesthetic too, but then for talismen, use rotten winged sword insignia, shard of alexander, lord of bloods exultation, and the last one can be whatever you want, i either use godskin waddling cloth, erdtrees favore +2, or two headed turtle talisman, i reccomend godskin waddling cloth. Then, for great rune i use radahn for more health, wondrous physick i use anything that gives damage negation and more stamina, stats i recommend atleast 60 vigor, and about 80 arcane, i cranked my faith up to 25 to use some buffs, my intelligence is as little as possible, dexterity i have 15, planning to get more of that... strength, i have 13 cause we need that to use the beast claw, my mind is 25 so we can use the ash of war a bit, endurance should be about 30-40, and thats it, if you get higher level i recommend getting about 80 vigor, and 99 arcane, then i recommend strength or dexterity, then for the playstyle we will be pretty hyper-agressive which is why we need the damage negation and high HP, we will mostly only be using the light combo, and sometimes the ash of war, you can have the sacrificial axe in your off-hand so you use less fp. But mostly i would recommend for the playstyle to rush in, get a couple hits and inflict blood loss quickly, dodge the attacks and then you can quickly go back to attacking, the more arcane you have the quicker it'll inflict blood loss, with 99 arcane it takes until the last hit of the combo of the weapon to inflict blood loss which is very quick. and thats it. Tell me if you want more information! and i just wrote a whole telegraph lol

@@omegaviggo42069 sekiro is absolutely worth, it’s the FromSoft game I started with so I didn’t have the rolling habit. There is not a single game that feels better once it clicks, plus you can rematch bosses without doing a new playthrough!

I really wanna do a charmless run to perfect my parries, but goddang that shivers me Timbers just thinking about regular block doing chip damage, perfect parries become basically mandatory if you don’t wanna die… for NPC’s alone… I got into this game late, 2023, and I am amazed by people that learned and mastered the ability to just naturally parry EVERYTHING…. People like ONGBAL seem god-like…it’s crazy how quick he adapts and learns patterns I swear they have computers in their heads lol 😂 it’s serious breathtaking what some of these humans can do 😳😯😐🫢
I’d love to try modded sekiro but I need to get a pc. I started in 2023 too! Sekiro was my first FromSoft game and I started it sometime in March I think? Love it to death

@@straycookin but yeah if you get a like 1k from taxes from like taxes or something I’d definitely recommend a pc but there’s still a ton of cool stuff to do in base game

@@TenaciousSea I went from sekiro, to bloodborne, to elden ring, to DS1, to DS3. Still need to play DS2 but the stigma around it kinda makes me feel like it’s fine not to? Someday I’ll give it a shot though
Hey brotha, I love it! This boss is always a gauntlet, just a tip, just to make your run not as “Ugly” as you put it… and shorten the fight. ‘there’s a way you can get in some massive damage and it has a high high chance of staggering him. In the regular game I’ve gotten a no hit run, but I’m doing a mod, same regardless though. But anyways Here’s a tip that makes this fight a little easier During your vid.. So that attack at 1:59, 2:30, 3:13 etc, the one where he jumps into the air; you can get massive damage, guaranteed, safely, using suzaku’s umbrella ☂️ But it does require holding it out longer than you normally would.. And since it’s a move he only does 4 to 5 times it’s a big chance to get in massive damage/stagger for more hits, and overall negate the amount of distance you have to run around like a chicken with its head cut off. Not clout chasing; But.. Check out my latest video on Demon of Hatred (uploaded yesterday, titled is like fighting everyone’s favorite Fromsoft Boss) ; to actually see what I’m talking about; the first example of what I’m talking about is like 00:42 seconds in if you wanna skip to it. Like I mentioned earlier you have to avoid the shockwave by holding the umbrella out longer… If you watch my vid, you’ll understand, it’s hard to explain here It seriously makes a HUGE difference and isn’t a cheese tactic. Give it a try it makes everything smoother, and cuts down run time.
It’s all good, a win is a win. Tbh I really enjoy longer winning runs, let’s me enjoy the dance longer :)

Cant fault that, think Elden ring dragons lore and gameplay wise are meant to be more of a seperate species with a hierarchy. Your generic dragons guarding items and roaming around, then your stronger more intelligent dragons with Red Lightning that have unique abilities from one another. Then you have the ultimate dragons like Placidusix. Dark souls dragons are pretty much ALL unique from one another since they live forever and dont need to reproduce, and thats why Wyverns exist since they are the sudo dragons
