Hi Daygood9866, currently it is managed by Ayatt Management, so I’m sure they will arrange convenient shops or cafe at ground floor. In the meantime, there’s a lot of cafe and restaurant in the area. All within walk distance. You may contact me from description link

Owhhh… I think you should be talking about the ground floor retails front walk way, as now they are doing renovation for the retails. So once they fully operational, the management will do maintenance of the area to tidy it up😊
