What a shame, Im an OG myself and I used to play roblox since 2014. Vampire hunter 2 was popular at that time and while it may have been toxic from beginning of 2017 and with all the exploiters. It wasnt so toxic and people cheating back before 2017, at least i dont remember that. This game will forever be one of my favourites and ill remember it for when it wasnt toxic.

at the end of the shut down in 2023 the discord server at its last seconds before being shut down was so chaotic when vh2 fell in the hands of another owner instead of zacattackk it was fine they were doing their thing and updating and then suddenly it went downhill

If you have heard of finalnoobboss you might know there a game developer but what you also may not know he was a fan of black magic and in one of his more recent games (Skill based boss fights) One of the hardest bosses Carnellio is kind of an homage to black magic (also that boss left me with severe ptsd)

For the initial the best tip, is to wait for Carnellio to use violet viper before hitting him into phase 5. Causing you to be far from carnellio

I look back on this game fondly because of the fucking war I would see going on in every server. I wouldn’t even play the game, I would just watch as 2 people argue over something

The worst year and also The floodgate disaster release for VH2 had to be 2017; that's when clans started showing up, clans like Mist, Glo, Silent, whatever sounded mystic and cryptic at the time. It went from 3 people to an entire network of people dedicated to just occupying the server, and for what? If you were an outside player like me at the time, all the surface view we got was just people occupying the server to duel each ther. I cannot speak for how those clans worked since I never took part. (this segment is less about zac's fault and his game but more of so the exploiting era which was high in the late 2010s) With how toxic VH2 was, naturally exploiting came to rise; combine exploiting with toxic behavior and rivalry between clans, and you'd get an explosive reaction. It was normal to see people just noclipping and practically gutting the game with no proper staff or infrastructure to defend VH2 at the time, and the fact the game was becoming dated. ZacAttack moved to VH3, so for practically a few years, VH2 was a no man's land. No matter how many times you revive this game or rebuild it, the same issues always glow through. It's an ugly stain that cannot be fixed with the whole murder genre. It's almost comical how such a fault in the game's nature practically led to its demise (teaming); while this video was good, I wish it went more into teaming too instead of just the technical side.

not only is black magic dead, but so is black magic 2, the game is just too non beginner friendly, but lets be honest its better this way, the community has established rules and almost everybody follows them, if there were 100s of people joining every second bm2 would just loose its charm
