I Cant think of a better way to pee a million pounds of taxpayer revenue into the drain than to spend money on a temporary green space park in the town center when the town center already has two giant green spaces and whilst people in the town are forced to use food banks and sleep in the streets in a cost of living crisis. Another triumph for council priority planners. If they can afford millions for a temporary park they can afford millions to renovate one of the many empty giant warehouses in stevenage to temporarily give the homeless warmth and shelter instead of letting them die this winter of hypothermia in minus 10Degrees.

I was in the cast for the ceremonies and this was a complete surprise for until a couple of hours before the show. What a fabulous way to end the show with these icons. Absolute privilege to be there.

Love Sabine! I remember watching her in 2009 in the quarter final at Wimbledon and I became such a fan of hers. This was a brilliant warm up for Wimbledon in 2011 for her and a semi final was more than anyone expected after her terrible injury and her going in as a wildcard. Gutted she lost the final in 2013 and never won a slam but she’s still playing and having fun and I’ll always remember her epic centre court battles fondly!
