I dedicate this Grand Rounds 2017 talk to my favourite Space Scientist - The Brilliant 20th Century Soviet genius SERGEI KOROLEV. Korolev is my constant inspiration towards self-improvement and pioneer spirit. Like me, he faced undue hardships in life and came through as a champion. I have always felt like Korolev during Telehealth clinics - it is so lovely to cure patients from distances of greater than 800 kilometers !!! Korolev invented the Soviet rockets including the awesome R7, then the world's first satellite Sputnik, then Sputnik 2 with Laika, and then the first probes on the moon, then the first successful pair of dogs (Belka & Strelka) and culminating in Yuri Gagarin's historic flight in Space aboard the Vostok, followed by the first Spacewalk !!!!!
