@DocPSK31thank you for sharing about your experience and yes it can happen that an activation causes a physical response. Usually that means that wherever you feel the discomfort in your body is where the energy is most needed. But it should reside shortly after listening to the activation. If you are still feeling the discomfort then it may have knocked lose some stuck energy but hasn't fully dissolved it, or it may be very attached and unwilling to dissolve. Here is another activation to help release stuck energy ruclips.net/video/i4RJoVubjz8/видео.html You may also want to tune into the discomfort and ask it what message it has for you, what is at the root of the discomfort, and let the discomfort speak to you. You can also do that before you listen to the releasing stuck energy activation because there may be something you are meant to become aware of and acknowledge before you can release it. But listen to the release stuck energy activation with the intention of releasing the discomfort you are feeling. Hope this helps 💖
