Hey! The Kettle is called OEX Brewster, however we got it in 2017 and it's now discontinued. They do have a new version but i'm not too sure how similar they are. I Hope that helps!

@@KingoftheFish I'm just on the lookout for a small kettle with a folding handle that can easily fit into the Nash brew bag. Cheers mate.

Maybe look at the Trakker Armolife range as they do different sizes, or the CarpLife kettles :)

Hi, and tell him thanks for the support. Funnily enough, we are fishing tomorrow at Greenacres. Lake 1 is amazing for carp, and personally I would try and keep bait to a minimum such as PVA mesh of crushed boilie, using "fruity" flavours, and don't be afraid to cast close in to the banks with reeds, rather than casting far out. We all fish different though, so tell him to go with what he is confident in that's the most important thing! Good Luck!

It really is a fantastic venue, and I can't wait to get back. Exactly that too, as soon as that sun hits we will be back out fishing again lol so very very soon and there will be plenty of other trips too coming up too :P

Mainly Luncheon meat I believe with something like a boilie on the end on which we both use with really smelly baits like fish. Mainline Salty Squid we love lol :)

The thing with the bigger fish (Framfield) is it might take some time, but once you know what they like to munch on, the monsters won't dissapoint lol Ye it's fantastic down there, and lovely swims. Good luck next week, hope you catch a load of cats, and i'll look the venue up :)

@@KingoftheFish I think Chad is a carp venue, my old man lives in the Cotswolds so it's over that way! Used to be the home of Blackeye a 50lb carp! There is a video of Terry Hearn fishing for it! It's on RUclips I believe? The search for blackeye. Yea I went to Framfield armed with chorizo, boilie and pellet from what I can gather it was the wrong approach, they say live and dead baiting is the way to go over there so will see next time! Cheers guys.. 😁

Lucky him :P That place is lovely i went there when I was younger, I didn'y fish then though lol :D I have a calender with Blackeye it's a beautiful chunky fish. Good tips to know, we have a few ideas for next time that could be a killer, we will wait and see :P

Hey Terry, that's no worries at all it's definately better on a large screen lol :P We have a lot of disability stuff ideas, but it's just getting out, but glad it helped people understand :D I'll eventually get us all soaked as we have all had PB's, it's just getting round to it where we have time as life gets in the way lol :D

Wicked dude, that's a perfect weight for your first, it means you can now set your next target and there is some monsters around Kent. Honestly, most of the lakes we have fished we have videos on, and they are all around Kent pretty much. Greenacres, Coombeswood, Chart, Elphicks, Monk Lakes, Lovelace Farm, Cackle Hill, there is too many to name lol I might have to do something for the website maybe :)

Hello! I believe it did change owners, and they discovered some huge cats and decided to change it to a cats lake and now there is some monsters :P

There are some huge monsters indeed! They don't have a website yet, but they operate on facebook under 'Framfield Park Fishery' so that would probably be the place to get their number, and I do believe it has to be booked too. Hope that helps!

We only fished it once, and we was reallay aiming for pike, but we thought why not chuck out some rods too for carp lol I totally understand what you mean, it's going to take some time to learn for us as we rarely fish rivers for carp, but your tips will surely help us so thank you so much! I like a challenge too, so good that its hard lol maybe ill see you on the bank sometime, good luck in your fishing!

Thank you! We used a number of items, but mainly a Makita Battery Adapter and a Jackery. Dan only lives round the corner too and we charged it once, but we will have a review on it next year after we have used it for a while. Great bit of kit though!

Our video's get released starting from Sunday and we was in Swim 1, 2 and 3 in the end however we have hardly fished the lakes. After this trip though, we will 100% be going back!

Hi Martin. It can be very confusing as most of them are linked to syndicates, we have the same issue. This place though is very near to / opposite Allington Lock, however it all depends on the species you are after. Yes it is free this stretch of river, however that was the only time we have fished it so i'm unsure what comes out. If you are after Pike though, check out Monk Lakes's River. It's not free, but well worth it! Hope that helps :)

Hi, thanks for the comment. I would recommend both to be honest. Both lakes have some stunning fish and both have plenty of places to cast and catch carp from and stock wise there is not that much difference. Let us know how you get on! :)
