Hi Aaron, thank you for your question. Ultimately, any of our machines can be used as a chairside. The question is whether you also want to use discs in the chairside and whether you necessarily want to work in the integrated chairside workflow. An integrated workflow is offered for our E4, but this is not the case for the E5. Nevertheless, it can also be used as a chairside machine. In this case, you can work with discs and blocks, but have no direct connection to upstream programs. Work must therefore be imported directly into our software.

The machine supports the Ivotion Oversize Milling Process, but currently DentalCAM does not. We plan to add this feature in a future DentalCAM version. As soon as the feature is available, you can find it listed in the release notes at dentalportal.info.
