How can I force the machine to make 600 ml latte macchiato without using JOE app?
The screen seems very clunky. And the flat white isn’t remotely close to what a flat white should be. Really disappointing tbh.

What do you recommend the grind be set at? I know it depends on the beans used. I use Lavazza Super Crema which is a medium roast Italian. Also, what grind size would be good for the bypass doser for decaf? I have a Capresso Infinity Burr Conical grinder...Thanks!

this is a common complaint I see about Jura machines. Just not hot enough with milk drinks.

The extraction seems very fast, is this normal. I have an S8 and mine is fast also. I tried to arrange for a consult but unfortunately it didn’t occur and it wasn’t rescheduled.
My jura E8 operation screen displays a insert filter but it doesn't give option to bypass so i cant move on to the next filter. I tried using a generic filter and it doesn't detect it so its stuck in the insert filter screen.
Can that machine count cups as far as how many cups its made
Hi, you can count the amount of cups on the E8 only via a JURA service entry diagnoses, you cannot see how many cups it has made on the actual machine. Kind Regards, JURA Australia

Yes that is the latest E8 and you will find it in most electronic retailers such as Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, JB HiFi Home and David Jones.
Can you use cocoa powder to make hot chocolate with the z10?
Yes. In the glass first, and then using the solo milk option.

My E8 does not have the label for the drinks show like 2:46. I only see icon. Can't tell which drink is which. Anyway to show them?
You can turn them on in the settings under product name seen briefely at 5:50. Watch from 5:36 to see how to get to that setting
For the price it looks cheap and plastic. The screen isnt even touch.

Hi Jura, I wanted to understand why your espresso preset is 45 mls? Is 30 mls not the desired volume in a single espresso?
i suspect it has been played with pre-shoot... But you can make it what you like... that's the point
What’s the difference between Z10 and this?
How do you know what product you’re picking? None of them are labeled. I can’t tell from the pictures what an espresso is or just a plain cup of coffee. Thank you for your review.
Hi Brett, thank you for your question. You can add the names of the products in your machine's product settings. What machine do you own?
Use the middle button on the wheel to access the menu. You can then turn on the coffee list.
