This is the ONLY video that worked for me. I bought a puzzle ring from the Ren Faire here where I live, and I've been trying not to 'break' it. But I wanted to give it a try to maybe show off a new skill to people since I have the ring (Might as well do it's purpose right?). After searching and fiddling with the ring, it finally worked. Thank you so much!

My cat knocked my new 6 band Pepi ring off the table and I had to learn how to reassemble it. Finally got it! So satisfying. I love it so so much!

Great thing to note is that you can get into what I like to call a 'false' set where you bring up the first of the outer bands in incorrect order and they all still lay flush. The only way I've been able to discern 'false' and 'true' sets is by looking for gaps, the finished puzzle had only one tine gap in the very center, if things aren't working try setting a different first band and whichever one gets closest should be able to be worked together.

My ring wasn’t marked sterling, but this video *still* made it easy to put back together within the watch time, plus two rewinds of the last twenty seconds or so. I feel like a cheater for not struggling through to the end on my own, but I wear mine as an “everyday” wedding ring and have to leave for work soon. Thank you for your help!

YAY !! Thanks to your video, I have FINALLY put my ring back together !! Now, I'm placing a jump ring around the bottom so it will NEVER come apart again !! Hahahaha......

I bought this puzzle ring from Pepi at the New York Renaissance Festival back in 2000. I just found his site today, but he doesn't seem to make them with gold and silver like he used to.

This video is a bit less helpful for those of us who have cheap puzzle rings which are not sterling silver. However, only a bit.

Worked great on what does not appear to be a Pepi brand ring, but it did have the "STER" on the one band to indicate sterling, and it was the piece of information I needed to get my wife's 6 band puzzle ring back together I bought her many years ago at a local Ren Faire.
