Help I just took mine apart and put it back together and now it won't start

I’m 5’7 150 I’ve had 2 300s and have a 400 right now I was wondering if this would be a little more potent of a bike for a rider my size don’t really want to goto a 600 until I am 100% sure I’m ready

I get it. Watching bikes fly through the air is fun, but let's be honest, it isn't motocross. Motocross is what men like Hannah and RJ used to do when they were at minute 44 of a 45 minute moto doing everything they could to power through a set of nasty natural whoops or grind through ruts deep enough to scrape the pegs at places like Unadilla and Southwick. Tracks like those either made or broke the toughest guys in the world. Hitting a dirt ramp tapped out in fourth gear isn't motocross. It's a cheap knock-off of the embarrassing "sport" of freestyle.

I had one of the nicest ones in the country in 1986. It had the KYB factory front forks bottom Caps Came off , machined aluminum triple clamps, kyb air shocks, lectron carb with 4in velocity stack and K&n, Hallman un bendable handlebars, Dual high volume oil lines to "both" cam followers, oil cooler in the airbox, 17 in rear wheel, lite kit, petty fenders, sr head, 12.5 piston, cam ,valves, " tuned " reverse cone megaphone exhaust, It was built-in Las Cruces New Mexico by the Yamaha shop in the early 80s for desert racing . It was geared to go 110 miles an hour and weighed 265 pounds. I have 1 photo of it. It cost $10,000 to build at the time. Mine was a beast the exhaust system rumbled much more deeper and the front wheel reached for the sky when you gave it gas Better to have loved once than to have never loved at all😅. I blew by 2 YZ490s on the way to Diablo Canyon outside of Santa Fe New Mexico 20 mile dirt road doing 90 miles an hour when I past those 490s it took 5 minutes for the dust to Settle they had to stop.😅

I grew up getting to ride a tt 500 starting it as a kid was scary as hell! When it kicked back it sent you flying or you walked with a limp for a week. But talk about power you had way to much but it was fun as a 14 year old kid at 130lb.s !

Mines having issues again. 2nd relay. Last one a Ford oem. Lasted 30 starts. Need a new battery too. And think my switch contacts are junked
