Clayton homes are the worst, do not buy one, you will regret it for the rest of your life…. Horrible builders, horrible sales people, horrible warranty.

At first glance I love it, a lot of upgrades needed (starting with the front door). The size let's kids and grands know their time here is limited 🤭🤣😂.

What's the name of the home you're purchasing?

That sales guy is blowing smoke up your you know what because the tape and texture walls are added after the fact, they don't come from the factory like that. Manufactured home starts out with vinyl walls at the factory then they tape and texture them once they are delivered. If you're going to do tape and texture I would do that once the home is delivered to your land site and definitely do not use Clayton to do it. You can get it done much cheaper and better quality work. I have a zero energy home and it's built like crap. Water has leaked through the windows and through the ceiling. Stay away from CLAYTON! Most manufactured home loans are going to be shorter, but you can get 30 year loans on manufactured homes. But understand that you're interest rate is gonna be higher than a stick built home and your insurance is also gonna be higher.
