I love the painting and the talent. I just think the activity has no objective or point other than to prop up the ego of the writer. Are you so fragile that you must see your name everywhere? Are you so fragile that you need recognition to hold your head up high? Why not spread a message? Why not push your beliefs? Why not use your writing to fight the power? A dude that works the nine to five, keeps his head down, and provides for his family is strong. The mother needs no recognition. She is strong. If you need others to praise you for your painting then you are weak. If you create anonymously so that others can enjoy your artwork then mad props.
