Bro, if not initialise you ps4 or reinstall software, then you can check in notifications bar. What is the last system update that you update

Do not reinstall system software. It will overwrite the previous slot and you will loose the downgradeability.

Should the metal pin on the connector part of the drive be straight on/flush (to plug into the ps5 slim) or does it have a slight angle to it? I ordered a "new" drive online a month ago and it just arrived, it looks like there is scratching and black heat marks all around the side of connector and the Pin on the corner of it is slightly bent (at a slight angle, not straight on) and can move slightly if wiggled. Am worried it might not work/fit when connecting to the ps5 when it arrives on thursday (and that I have been sent an old/used drive). Thanks for your video (and any advice).
No metal should be straight bd drive fixed properly and before fix the drive ps5 should be turn off

Which type of vibration? Because ps4 does not have vibrator some i think when you plug power cable, maybe fan spin noise if this noise then some kind of shortage to you ps4 motherboard another thing your ps4 power supply problem
