why Bond C is said to be cheap?

@@giasuddin7254 Because with new two year spot rate you can buy it $99.71 from the market as against quoted by financial institution in the table. Feel free to post if any further queries.

But, I might also buy Bond B at USD 85.46 against the decleared price of 85.734, which seems also to be cheap

Refer below two rationale: 1) Lets put it in other way, Bond C is relatively cheap as compared to Bond B. 2) If you want to buy two bonds you need more cash which wont be sufficient just by selling Bond A. You may give a try if you are able to short 2 Bonds of A and balance out future cashflows too and hence by getting riskless profit today.
