@user-qw3jt1vc6o - USCIS changed the process and now you can only complete the AR-11 online by creating a USCIS account. Otherwise, you have to fill out a paper form and mail in. (August 2024)

Hello all, I am a refugee from Rwanda, female aged 34 I have been sick for 7years now,living in Zambia recognized by UNHCR for over 22years yearning for resettlement in third country to todate! If anyone comes through for my family and I! It cane really make a huge difference ( imagine living as a refugee for such period of time without hope of change) no freedom of expression here in all angles of life, segregation is so high be it in schools or business sectors to mention but a few.
