Enjoying your videos !! I am thinking of buying/ building an older model sled and doing something similar to what your doing, I really like the old 4 strokes or new ones as in your case , there so much quieter and lower maintenance. The old sleds are so cool and simple, easy to work on, thanks for posting!!
No stripe
White walls for sure 😊

White wall tires for sure😊
Sounds good, it would be fun to see a little more of the machine
Next time I see that machine again I'll do a better video on it. THX for watching!
Are you going to share more of your 59 Biscayne? I love seeing these out on the roads
Yeah I plan on making more content on the old girl.
COOL, another 59 Chevy on the RUclipss!
Thank you! More to come!
NICE 4 Door!
In the early 60's, they actually looked like that. Around 67 they went to fiberglass.
71 and up engines are black. 70 and down are bare. Singles and twins.
Thanks

An airplane! No No a Car! Oh no no it's got to be a lawnmower, yep a lawnmower.
Maybe a Wagoneer
a car .
🤣🤣🤣
Nobody gives a shit
Ford
Looks like one from a 70s Ford truck
I had one but mine had a 340c sachs nice sled
Thanks!
No problem!
Why not do something with it . Vintage rides or something
It would hurt the value of the machine . I believe that sled got first place in it's unrestored class just because it was sitting in the crate how much more original can you get.
Nice job. Can’t find part 3…?
Lost the footage but Im currently working on a video explaining part 3. Someday I can finally release the rest of the series. So stay tuned if you're interested.
@@herbiejettsgarage I have a 70 that front is pretty rusted out, had this exact mod in mind so very interested to learn about your experience

This is a cold start of a harbor freight engine
Lets go
Exhaust is aimed prefect as a heater
Yeah and make you smell like azz
Come on women love the smell of exhaust. Lol
That's an ancient beast!
My father actually used these Model T "Snow Cats" ,He called them ,when he worked for the AT&T Long Line construction jobs in New York state way back in 1923 . His were open type cabs with flat beds and pickup style beds for hauling tools and equipment . Same idea as the one in this video . Very Cool Idea and Machines : )
Wow cool! Where in NY?
@herbiejettsgarage My dad worked all across the northern tier area Buffalo to Albany mostly . He stayed with the company for 46 years Retired in 1968
I thought my dad was joking about a Model T Snowmobile ... until he showed me photographs of them . He said they were the ONLY mode of transporting men and equipment up in NY in the winter time ... They performed well too, he told me :)
Theres nothing impressive on anything in this video..its boring and a waste of time
I know we just find it funny lol
You can’t waste time on an app than get mad when a video was a waste of time😂 what typa logic do you go by
@@Zappyisyopappy for your information I'm not mad just stating my opinion as you are.. so calm down ol son
@@coryschmitt4283 your opinion wasn’t needed. Think before you speak old head

Classic Clone For The WIN!!!
Harbor freight is under rated.
Can you fit a 340. Or a 440. How about A srv 540. To make it go faster
@ryanbenbow-zx2sd You could get a factory 340cc and 440cc option on the 73 Star jets. As far as a 540 there is a guy on Facebook with one but it's heavy modded.
@@herbiejettsgarage I had the SST free air 433 but I sold it. Because I didn't like mixing the gas and oil The srv I think it was A nice snowmobile A lot of people was mad because it was loud. Some one thought it had twin pipes.
You've really got me thinking of building one of these now. Looks like it's just fast enough to have fun!
Oh it's really fun. The fastest I got it was 30 mph (according to my phone) on ice like conditions.
Back when they were made for work. Had one as a kid 🙂
Redneck engineering i love it 😂
Fantastic!
No speedways.
What happened to that roof?
Man I can't remember if i told you about that auction in Wi ran by hansen auctions big bunch of vintage sleds maybe less than a week it will be over
