Yes we would all have been in a right mess without them , there was one lane that was impassable even cars couldn’t get through yet some of the cyclists picked there bikes up and waded through it …. not us we re-routed around adding an extra 2 miles on 😟

@CrosbyCyclist I'm just getting back into cycling. Going out every other day. I should be fit by the summer. I used to ride to Chester on the weekend or two mills cafe. I also done the horse shoe pass once. That was about 3 decades ago. I'm 51 now and looking forward to getting my fitness back. Thanks for your reply.
