After having spent about 2000 Hours on this game recently, I’ve found this to be the second best* method to go about things. I’ll just list a few other great ways to go about making lots of Fol before the final boss: 1 (the best): just before the final boss, you’ll encounter a bunch of Biochimeras outside of the final room in the final floor of Spiral Tower. Using either Sophia or Adray (or both!), use Dark Sphere until it’s dead. If you need help defending against the damage, just Synthesize +100 DEF (from Rainbow Diamond) then refine it x8 to get +800 DEF then make the Boots of Prowess (3-8 of the to be precise) then refine them all and re-up with Method 2 (your method) until they’re all refined. Equip 1x +30 ATK/DEF BoP either/both Sophia &/or Adray so their DEF (w/ the Ablative Shield equipped) will clear the lowest bar needed to nullify the Biochimera’s damage (and maybe even Luther’s depending on the level reached via grinding for FOL). Using Dark Sphere over and over will also level it up and at Level 10, you’re much more likely to install anything that doesn’t nullify or resist Instant Death! Bonus points if you managed to gain Bonus Battle in the process for Double Fol 2. The one explained in the video, which I don’t recommend mostly because I like trying to have every party member at the top of the rankings for Inventors 3. Go through the Underground Mosel Ruins and get plenty of levels & Fol while power leveling w/ Bonus Battle! Not recommended but you’re very likely to get plenty of Crafting Materials in the process (to refine even more Boots of Prowess) 4. Gusto, Fayt (necessary for item to be invented), and Adray or Mirage on Smithery (with the Smithy Hammer) to mass-invent the Rune Blade since it’s only 20 Rating and a very low bar to clear for 10+k Fol each resell value. That was my method for early game money grinding and it made refining stuff much easier early on ESPECIALLY IN THE HIGHER DIFFICULTIES! 5. Grind out the Loot Item skill by synthesizing a refined (w/ up to 4 “1/2 Attack” factors resulting from the oddly worded factors gained) Cheap Cider or Awful Cider (only can invent w/ Adray involved) to any +0 ATK weapon like the - Bent Sword (usable by Fayt/ Albel/ Adray) - Botched/Notched Sword (Adray & Albel only) - Rickety Gauntlet (Cliff, Albel, and Mirage) - Cape of Assault (if you took Peppita with you) - Raunzel Daggers (Nel; +40 ATK but I like the +20 DEF they give) - Crude Rod (Sophia; her Short Rng. Weak attack can knock up enemies and loot them if you’re patient enough) - Replica Gun (Maria) Don’t forget to add +100 DEF from Rainbow Diamond to each of them + refine them until you get 4-6 +100 DEF Factors to give them each a bit of easy DEF! It gets even better when you equip them with a fully refined Boots of Prowess! You’ll need their ATK this ridiculously low so you have an easier chance to Loot Item on the Moonshadow Bandits in Duggus Forest (or at the entrance of Sanmite Steppe, the midway point between Peterny & Duggus Forest or Surferio, until you fight the Convictor in Disc Two) since they each have a chance of dropping Winking Sage Cider @ a rate of 10% + more depending on the level of Loot Item! Great Healing Item AND sells decently in Disc One but worth every second spent getting Loot Item to Level 10 (or 459 successful lootings! Don’t worry, it gets even easier after around Level 3-4!). This is TIME CONSUMING BUT WORTH IT IN THE POST GAME!!! To make this EVEN EASIER AND FASTER…DO THIS ON PLANET STYX BEFORE ENTERING SPHERE CO. since the Lv2 Robogunner (the red Spider Tanks) drop Laser Weapon + Ablative Shield AT A RATE OF 20% + the level you have Loot Item at! This is THE BEST ENEMY IN THE GAME TO LOOT AND I WOULDNT STOP UNTIL YOUR DESIGNATED LOOTER IS AT LEVEL 10! (preferably Nel w/ Whirlwind Lvl. 10 on Long Rng. Strong [Circle] + Loot Item on Short/Long Weak [X button] + Short Strong since Whirlwind and Maria’s Gravity Bullet has a glitch that makes them activate the skill on another button/range if it’s used DURING THE ATTACK!); Fayt at Level 10 Loot Item is needed for the next step tho… 5. Fight Albel 4 in the Urssa Lava Caves (Crossell’s Lair) w/ Fayt using Level 10 Loot Item on both Short & Long Strong [Circle] since Albel is holding Boots of Prowess and you can rebattle him over and over looting more and more Boots of Prowess if you’ve already finished up at Shrine of Kaddan in Disc Two! I recommend unlocking Izak to facilitate making Stun Bombs to make Looting even easier btw…

It's faster just to farm the Ancient Ruins of Mosel bonus dungeon. Control Maria, have Fol Bonus on, and spam Aiming Device on the first floor against those ice mermaids, walk back up and down and repeat. Fast FOL and fast exp.

I also equipped Fayt with +50% Enemy attacked & Fol +5 on Levantine which I cannot remove that darn negative effect to save my life, but i got 2,600,000 per 8 battles with it😅. I wished I ran into this video trillion hours of game play sooner. I was on very top floor of Firewall before Luther layer to accumulate Fols for days. Actually, didn’t need to have a dead character in the party to get 325000 per battle to fight that Render Tyrant.

Santa Boots. All i ever needed... were Santa Boots... I trained Steal and grabbed synth mats from superbosses like a tryhard. Oof. Definitely have to give this game another go now.

This is great stuff! Enchanting has always been the most trouble smithing skill to level for me. No more thousand iron daggers!

i hate that they patched this method i mean it levels it up faster but not as fast as its shown here and its to the point where its not really worth it for how much gold you need to spend

Why not use console commands instead of all this if you really need to cheat?? And whats the point of cheating anyways? It gives absolutely no feeling of achievement when you cheat. Might as well just make a Khajiit then turn God Mode on the fly through the game and be done with it.

Cool video, but the amount of xp you get has been nerfed in version 1.6.318 of the Official Skyrim Special Edition Patch. I still use this method to level enchanting. It just takes longer now.

By games end I didn't even use her Sofia can NOT get 5000+ defense making her NOT worth using even at lv 255 against Etheral Queen Lenneth or Freya at all Cliff Fayte Nell Maria and Mirage however CAN.

I don't think this works anymore. I just tried it.

For newbies, etc. Just to be clear, the mod isn't required for this to work - it mainly makes it easier to get heart stones. Also, I got lucky in avoiding the "automatic quest" because the guy was distracted by another npc. Good vid.

So i already owned severin manor and duped alteration staffs and lots of heartstones. And more staffs and a ton more heartstones. Staff of paralysis is the strongest and way better then enchanting ebony daggers. Haven't tried chaos on stahlrim yet to compare but for 360 the staff of paralysis is the way to level up enchanting.

Um......hold my beer while i go try this. Im lvl 204 dunmer base vamp necromage been dupin items here in severin manor and was about to begin the legendary enchanting grind. Im lvl 204 so ive reset a few skills a few times. But not enchanting yet.
