Here's part 2 of Misty!

A chill ballad, this one has a nice and calm melody. There are two parts to this chart, because my mom messed up the filming (darn it mom! :D jk). It's fun to listen to, with some nice dynamic contrast (hopefully). Special props to our band director Mr. Garcia for helping us with all of the pieces, but especially this one, because it was a little shaky. Enjoy!

This piece is fun and peppy, with an epic trombone solo by my friend the Trombone Goddess. For once, me the bari player gets the melody with the alto supremacy. It's got a cool shout section, and is an accurate arrangement of the original written by Thad Jones. We kicked off our performance at Folsom jazz festival with this one, and I hope you enjoy it.
