No sé si sea tu pc o tu configuración de OBS, pero prueba abriendo el OBS en modo "administrador" para que capture el juego más fluido. Y sobre como jugar, si eres nuevo nuevo, trata de practicar en modo deathmatch con los bots, siempre trata de apuntar a la altura de la cabeza (así matas más rapido a los enemigos), si juegas con los CTs usa el M4 y si juegas con los terros practica con el AK-47 son armas primordiales, no te desesperes si no las controlas al inicio, hay mapas en el "worshop" que te ayudaran a mejorar y videos, espero que te sirva! mucha suerte en tu carrera como creador de contenido y jugador de CS <3
