Today 5 july 2024 i had this surgery for both legs ..it was really pain after anastasia power goes we need to bare 1 complete day for reduce pain..i have done both legs core decompression.

Doctor I have a question they diagnosed me with stage 3 what’s is needs to be done

There is no way he is walking without a walker. A knee replacement is very sore and awkward to walk with having just one knee done. And you never walk with flip flops or sandals you must have a closed in shoe or slipper. I just had a full knee replacement surgery done a week ago.
