For some reason mine wouldn’t go transparent. Up to factor of .49 it was solid, .50 and beyond it was completely transparent. Essentially on or off 100%. Added the light path and it still wasn’t right and it has no adjustment. Anyway simple tutorial and clearly explained I don’t think the issue was with your instructions. thank you for the video

ctrl+r adds loop cut
It might make things easier for you if you have a lot of objects to hide to just hold Ctrl and click(select) all the things you don't want to hide then hit Shift+H it will hide everything that is not selected.

hey man , would you mind showing us how you would go about baking this on to a uv map so all the details you have for internal car are on bottom 50% of image and all outter parts are on top 50&. bonus points if your car body has some sort of reflective tapes like police cars and the classic squares. if you can bake these onto an image please. I can't figure it out myself - I am so stuck

Nice tutorial. You skip some steps but I was able to pause and catch up. I notice you aren’t using mirror modifiers when constructing some of the leg components. Is there a reason for that? Thanks for the tutorial!
Thank you. I set the mirror modifiers in the last place, is much easier because I can select all at once and set the mirror instead of setting it one by one.
