@@s3cr3t_channel Our basement are equipped with fire suppression sprinkler system in the case of fire,in compliance with RA 9514, also the jet fan helps to exhaust out the inside air after the air was released in the exhaust duct going out of the ramp.

@@arki-knows Yung Fire Suppression in compliance with RA 9514 pero yung Jet Fan is to distribute outside air to help exhaust fan. At the end of the day, yung exhaust fan at location ng exhaust louvre pa rin yung importante para mailabas yung osok. May problema yan sa mech. design. Sa ibang bansa bawal yan.

@ It’s the mechanical consultants design approach, the the important thing is that we had this system in the basement area and functioning.

@ every designer are accountable to there respective design, i’d been in some basement parking area of many commercial buildings The most common mistakes i see is that they have systems like this yet not functioning that’s the worst thing scenario “saving electricity”? yet compromising the safety of the occupants

@ If mag alter po you its unit owner expense since finished na po ang unit, you may get your own contractor po to do the alteration works.After the turnover you may request po sa developer of the changes to be made in the unit.

@@wonderluna14 Thank You po We’re on process po for the permanent power to be connected by Meralco As of now it’s on process matagal lang po ang processing since may mga standard si Meralco that we need to comply nag conduct na po ng inspection ang Meralco sa building for the power connection and hopefully ma energized po within this month of november 2024

@@lloydpapa5579 Good Day po.Awaiting to be energized lang po.As of now the works are with the preparation of transformer area to receive the unit followed by Meralco wirings connected to transformer and wirings going to the main source of power.It takes another month.

Thank You for your comment concerning fire protection.The Building are equipped with automatic sprinkler system in accordance with the Fire Code of the Philippines RA 9514 and NFPA 13. Each unit has fire sprinklers and smoke detectors that in the event of fire this will suppress the fire inside the building.

@@startreker8591 Yah sawali if not treated will be proned to rotten and the wood will not last due to tropical weather conditions and pose threat to any wooden surfaces from termites and “bukbok” wood borers so it needs to be maintained with wood treatment to prevent decay and preserved its natural look.

Noong tapusin ko ang panonood eh …itong isang malaking edificio pala sa harap na highlighted at the initial presentation ay tanggapan ; balik sa talagang magarang at tama sa panlasa ko ang ‘payak’( relatively saying)ngunit contemporario na disensiyo pati na na ang unidoro( pero ang faucet fixtures could have been better 😢 imo)…; dapat lang na may sprinkle systems ang kabuoang edificio at cada unit needs to have mid size fire extinguisher (preferably para mi…magandang parikit ang buhô o kawayan); ❤ the design overall 🎉…just my constructive take on things y everything that I see …😅;pero this is worth recommending to close friends though…ty guys more power to you🎉

For the sprinkler system they have fire extinguishers located under the stair and designated area at the ground floor For the sprinkler system the villa is not required to have sprinkler system because the area are too small its around 35 square meters floor area (ground and second floor) combined Under the provision of National Building Code Section 1212 Fire Extinguishing Systems 1. Fire-Extinguishing System -When required, standard automatic fire-extinguishing system shall be installed in the following places and in the manner provided in this code 1. In every storey, basement or cellar with an area of 200 square meters or more which is used for habitation, recreation, dining, study, or work and which has an occupant load of more than 20 This mean that a “fire extinguisher ” are required as first line of defense against fire. The villa has an ample space to get out in case of fire or emergency there’s an open area facing the main door and there’s a balcony that makes your way out easily from fire.
