Sir mujhe provisional assessment of 39000 was given to me without any signature and notice . The electricity deptt. Take away pvc wire and meter. But my monthly bill is now coming regularly. And I paid the bills too. Now my connection is in running status . I request to reconnect my power but the engineers rejected my request . Now another bill has come for this month . No FIR is registered against me . I have already submitted complaint to the electricity consumer's grievance portal . Next what can I do ?

CTU was proposed to develop and maintain transmission network at the centre level. Similarly STU works at state level. The aim was to propose smooth and seamless functioning of transmission network over the nation. The issue arose when PGCIL, which was proposed as CTU also participated in competitive bidding along with other private companies. The aforesaid said organization along with being tender forwarding authority also participated in the same, which is ultimately conflict of interest. Sec. 38 of Electricity Act 2003 was used to demerge PGCIL and CTU resulting into 2 parts namely PGCIL, a licensed transmission utility and CTU , responsible for planning transmission of electricity network.

Assume I am investor and i am interested in this policy and planned for project on this policy and working on it…but after some time government changed and government vision changed so they changed this policy.. now, i am not interested in this policy due to some technical/ financial point of view .. then what should i do i investment too much amount in old policy… Who ll give justice too me ?

The efficiency of power depends on time(like morning, night and afternoon) , weather (like rainy etc.) and different festivals (Diwali, Christmas etc.). So we can improve efficiency by resolving the above problems. Also efficiency can be improved by power trading. Power trading can be done in mid term and short term agreements. Three exchanges made for power exchange in India are 1. IEX (Indian energy exchange)and PXIL (power exchange India ltd) by NSE 2. Pran urja by BSE and 3. Hindustan power exchange.

But TR company can do business by fulfill below condition ...(1) A/C to be maintained seperate(2) Do not subsidise main business (3) Fund to be used for reduce TR charges (4) optimum utilisation of TR assets (5) prior approval of Independent regulatory commission.
