how do i transfer files from my laptop to the mp3 player, like whenever i plug my mp3 player with the usb cable to my laptop it justs charge, it doesnt show me the option whether to transfer and charge.
If you want to download mp3 format, go to Windows media player, choose Sync option, drag the files you want to sync and start sync...hope this helps
When you use the Windows media player, be certain the mp3 player is connected to the computer via the USB cable.....should get a notice that software for mp3 player was installed

I have the same mp3 player and I've bought it for the second time because the first one didn't even power on after I charged it, same with the second one. They were both working before I charged them but now they're not working after i charged them. I tried contacting the seller but they're not helping. I was hoping someone on RUclips could tell me what was wrong.
