Weird i hear the edp last longer

Amber fragrance is not complex they all smell the same. And this is actually designed with light notes that’s why it smells realistic. It’s for people who don’t like strong amber oud vanilla fragrances

I wonder if it's the Plum with the orange blossom that's creating the candy smell? I don't smell candy at all on my skin, but it does have a sweetness.

I'm not fond of it either. I was soooo excited to try it and was sooo disappointed when I finally did. Ugh. It's really sharp, and like chemically synthetic smelling incense.

Eros EDP is one of the best $40 fragrances on the market. No question about it. Of course it doesnt "wow" you. Its a cheap $40 fragrance.

I agree with you that Layton isn't the most unique niche fragrance out there, but for me it just works and I'm really not that guy who buys into every single hyped fragrance. Compared to other fragrances that go in a very similar direction, Layton just has this little bit extra that always puts me in a good mood when I smell it.And to me that's exactly what people should look for when they spend that much money on expensive niche fragrances. If they just smell good to you, save the money, because there are countless good fragrances that cost a lot less out there, but if a fragrance smells absolutely divine to you and you can afford it, go for it, because then it's absolutely worth it.

Great video brother! I 100% agree. My two most complimented fragrances are Versace Eros and English Laundry Oxford Bleu. Yes, they share a very similar scent profile, but I find Eros is a more loud minty scent compared to a more smooth tonga scent with the Oxford.

I loved this scent I smelled today. But No cologne sticks to my skin more than 2 hours. Any recommendations of cologones that LAST 6-8 hours but doesnt change the way it smells. aka LAYTON that musky pungent dry down? PS i hope more people watch your videos before buying. Because after they buy they will be seriously upset they didnt watch YOUR videos first. You are SPOT ON.

I bought so many colognes and this "hobby" is getting really expensive. You are spot on. I still havent found THE ONE. yet. ( used to wear abercrombie fierce vintage) I got stopped everywhere by men and women "excuse me you smell really good what are you wearing" until they reformulated it ( and I had no idea until this year) no wonder I stopped getting compliments. ( I will be watching your reviews from here on out before buying ANOTHER SINGLE cologne. You were 10000% right about layton WHICH NOBODY talked about the musky pungent dry down. and you are 10000% right about creed which I happen to love. but its not sexy at at all. Not a compliment getter and lasted 2-3 hours MAX. I returned it day after i bought it. ( might as well get explorer. If i really want that scent)

Yeah 5th video too LATE. I CANT BELIEVE I SPENT THE $300 and IM SO FING MAD I DIDNT SEE THIS VIDEO BEFORE I BOUGHT IT. AND NOBODY FING TALKED ABOUT HOW BAD THE DRY DOWN WAS!!! NO OTHER REVIEWER. I put it on around 7:30am ( 7-10 sprays) . walked into work around 830-9. compliments right away. Damn you smell good. Im like ok good good ( 2 hours into work) Then about 5 hours in ( around 12-1230) . My nurse went into my office. She said I smelled like an old white man aftershave. something her grand-dad would put on. The dry down is musk/woody. HE IS NOT LYING. At best this is FOR date night 2 hours at dinner MAX. I just subscribed......... ill be watching your video FIRST then the rest. I HOPE whoever is watching this pays attention to what he is describing with the DRY DOWN. Its pungent and musky/woody. INSANE!!!!! wtf. Hes right THIS IS NOT AN ALL DAY SCENT ( 2 -3 hours it is incredible. but for $300-400 to smell like old spice musk/after shave. F no.)

I wish people would say in my opinion its not as good. Instead of saying dont buy it guys its not good you wont like it. Everyones different I think the edt smells horrible . I never considered getting eros until the edp came out.

It last like 10 hours for me personally, will be on my clothes still after 24 hours.

at first it smelled like nothing, so i waited a week and shook it up, etc.... then i was smelling that dentist office smell, but it's faint, so i let it dry down, and now all i smell is wood, like a cedar trunk... zero cotton candy or floral notes for me... it's a stupid fragrance, and it's got a severe case of the emperor's new clothes lalala
