I lined the basket with paper towels. Then I lightly sprayed the crisper plate. Then I put the thick cut bacon on 360 degrees for 12mins I didn't turn it. It was yummy 😋

Your the first! Why spray half way through the cooking? After all is done, I think the chicken would have looked a lot better if you had sprayed it from the beginning or before the cooking.

Post COVID-19 place look empty, but take advantage of it now. Because places like that are usually full.

What you guys were smelling were bitters. It's Angostura bitters which originated in trinidad. It's not a steak sauce. It's is a herbal alcoholic preparation. Angostura bitters is used in many classic cocktails, such as the Old Fashioned, the Manhattan, and the Martini. It can also be added to food, such as soups, sauces, and desserts, to enhance the flavour and aroma. But you generally put a dash and not much. Great review.

Some of the recipes I've changed a little to improve the taste. For instance, for french fries which call for no oil, I spray them with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. They come out great! It makes the best toast I have ever eaten. The recipe I use calls for lightly buttering both sides of the bread. It calls for cooking at 400 degrees for 5 minutes on one side and then 2 minutes on the other side. This time has a lot to do with the kind of bread you are using...so keep an eye on it. Also, the fans in this Ninja are a lot stronger than other air fryers. So lay a metal spoon or something on the bread to keep it from flying around. It's a little extra work to use your Ninja as a toaster but it is worth it!

I would spray a little bit of Vegetable Oil on the top to brown them. Vegetable Oil has a better high temperature tolerance to avoid smoking situations.
