If you defeat Gael without getting the hacking tool and hack the 3Kyo's mind again then it's a bad ending You need to get the hacking tool, then you go and to the top of Anthony Hill and hack into 3Kyo a second time and free him. Then you go to the 4 radio towers split between Tower East and Tower West. Beat the boss again and you are good to go

You can download it in play store in your rating and reviews if you downloaded it once there or if not just google it and can download it in other websites, piracy. But you can't play it after the tutorial because it required to be online and ubisoft shut the server so there's no way to play it anymore.
