As much as I love the studio version, this is absolutely the most beautiful rendition of this song that exists - the key being different, the stumbling of the vocals, the layers of guitars, it lends such a genuine quality to it. I'm so glad you thought to record this - it wouldn't be right for this to exist without being appreciated

Oh man. Thanks for uploading this version. I have such a vivid memory of this song. I was on my semester abroad in Paris. I was with a girl (we were really close, both of our relationships then were going through a rough patch and we were rather vulnerable with each other), we were slightly drunk, walking along the Seine, sharing a cigarette at about 11 PM. We shared earphones and we were listening to this song. We briefly held hands, and then let go knowing that this wouldn't work well for either of us.

I know nothing, and care even less, about Florence's sexual preferences.In the meantime we know that Rufus is fully gay. And Shakespeare is of a shadowy sexual character, according to the experts. So something for everyone, it seems to me. Which seems like a recipe for widespread approval, one would hope. Leaving aside the rabid closet queens from the right of the spectrum, but what's new about that?

God, I LOVE how they end the song with the orchestra at the end. I always liked the little quiet guitar at the very end of the song on the album, but hearing a full orchestra just blare it out is so satisfying.
