Ya'll, why am i watching, thinking the bear on the shore is momma bear watching her 2 cubs play in the water? 🤷‍♀️ It took me almost 6 minutes to realize, THERE IS NO BEAR FIXING TO RUSH MOMMA BEARNON THE SHORE, AND THE FIGHT IS IN THE WATER!!! In my defense, i am doing something else at the moment, while watching lol I swear i was waiting for a bear to come out of nowhere and attack "momma" on the shore! 🙄 And really, i only realized what was happening because i stopped doing dishes for a second to read the comments lmao

I miss Holly so much, so it is nice to see her last babe doing so well! This was a very rough season. We lost so many beauties. 402, Holly, Amelia, Divot, 821, Popeye, Otis. They Were beautiful bears. So glad we have Jolly to remind us of how wonderful Holly was.

I think they were playing at first & the male got mad & knew he cud kill her easily by drowning her. Only a theory but it’s what I saw & think. Brutal tho. Mother Nature is a raging bitch that doesn’t feel grief or sadness & sure af doesn’t forgive. Ask bear #402.😤🤷🏻‍♂️

Watching the entire video, I get the impression that he is talking his time with the kill - letting her get air occasionally - almost as though he’s torturing her!😧Do bears do that?

I thought the rangers all left in September so that may be why this happens now. They should not allow visitors if bear school is not in session, e.g. after rangers leave.

I hope rangers see this video and reinforce the rule that visitors are not to yell at bears, etc. It has been my understanding that people on the platforms are suppose to be as quiet as possible and not interact with the bears. Do not yell, throw things, stomp feet, etc. These people on the platform are jerks and should have been escorted from the platform and told to leave the park ASAP. Obviously a ranger was not there on the platform that day which is too bad.
