At what point are we, as fans, going to hear what is being said by both Trent and Doug: Trent listens to the coaching staff regarding the picks. If this is the case, it is not all on Trent. 2021: outvoted by Urban. Urban was given main power over team. 2022 & 2023: Drafts highly influenced by Doug and Mike. It is true that ultimate blame goes to Trent, but if you are trying to LISTEN to your coaches on what they need, how is it ONLY his fault? Would Trent have drafted Brenton on 2nd Round if Doug was not pushing him to do it for his TE scheme?

Jaguars should look into making a plan for the new stadium, saving money in the process. For example the year 2027, when the stadium will be relocated for all home games. Instead of spending millions of dollars to make a new stadium in NFL compliance. Just use that one year to adjust all home games with other teams on the schedule. For example, our division games we play Houston, Tennessee, Indianapolis home games and away games. If we played all games that year with these teams, but give jaguars fans first preference to home game tickets; and if we played teams that year like Tampa,Atlanta,New Orleans, Carolina; make all those games home games. But two of those games give jaguars fans first preferences to two of those games. Then maybe add an extra game in London for that year. That should cover most if not all the games for that season, while restructuring the stadium. But that’s just my thoughts of the matter.

Gross mismanagement of the draft process. 2 years out of Baalkes what 3 years and he overdrafts guys or takes guys nobody else wanted in the 2nd like Brenton Strange when O-Cyrus Torrence was on the board. Uh huh. That's part of the problem, Baalke trying to be too cute, trying to act like he can outplay the other GM's. Trying to think he's smarter than the game. Instead of just taking who you should take and when you should take them. Maason Smith in the 3rd and Jarrian Jones and Javon Foster in the 4th while you got Johnny Newton, Kool-Aid, JPJ, Renardo Green or Roger Rosengarten in the second actually makes this a really good draft class. Instead Baalke over drafts guy who would've gone undrafted like the 2nd corner and running back. If Mekhi Wingo goes in the 6th when he was a 4th rounder then the draft grade was right for the other 2 guys. It's just ridiculous. Baalke can draft or team build. He's a contract guy and should be an assistant gm.
