I've been running this build for awhile now. Some advise id give you is to stack more move speed and health. my current build has around 315 ms and 128 hp. since no spell cleric has no range, movespeed is super important for chasing down those kiting classes. also important for those slow pdr mdr barb builds. you usually have to hit them with a couple judgements and run away in between cooldowns before you can kill them.

Strangely enough, blunt mastery doesnt apply to Magic Staff, so you might want to change that to something else.

what the point of the dark shards perk it doesnt get consumed by BOC

Isn't it better to stack True Phys where you can instead? That way you hit harder with the bow as well. You should only get True Magical on the helmet since that can't roll True Phys. True Phys and True Magic do the same damage regardless of resistances. The only difference is how easy each one is to proc, and maybe cost differences on the market. That's why I say that.
