A Bipolar's Diary - Depression and Impressions

Episode 6 Too many times I have experienced, or heard other people telling me 'People just say 'Stop being negative, be more positive' but simply don't understand what being mentally ill means. Too often People don't realise not everyone is like them. Minds can be very narrow on such basic things.

Who can say they understand Bipolarity disorder when even Bipolar's don't always understand it themselves? Hello everyone. My name is Flo, I'm 31, I come from Corsica and I was diagnosed Bipolar stage II a couple of years ago. This Diary is not the truth, it's only my truth, but I'll give it my best shot to raise awareness about what it means for me to be Bipolar, how I live it and how I work a...

Thank you for sharing your story. I hope you continue to make videos. I’m currently divorcing my husband who has untreated bipolar and is refusing help. Your videos are incredibly helpful.

My family ignored the red flags until my dad collapsed and tried to kill himself. After many years he was able to improve and now lives a "normal" life. I am very proud for you and yours videos are amazing😊

I can feel you. Many of us are struggled with own things in life. In my humble opinion, our mind can do many tricks on us, make us go up and down easily, it needs to be calm and observed. It can be good if would like to try a meditation retreat about 10 - 15 days to observe more the mind. And doing more physical activities like sports/exercise (running, jogging…). Just my 2 cents. Thanks for your great brave sharing. As human we need real connections to be share/listened, to be understood. Sincere care. Dieu Dao
