    REMEMBER….. there is a difference between management and LEADERSHIP! realize, that EVERYONE learns differently, don’t tolerate lazy behavior from lazy employees just because they are more skilled at a task than others! acknowledge the employees that work HARD and are punctual everyday and do their job to the BEST of their ability! NEVER and I mean NEVER ask an employee to do drive through if they’re not trained enough! And NEVER NEVER fire an innocent employee for no reason just because of the at- will law! If an employee needs more training, then PROVIDE IT! and above all … BE PATIENT with that employee! NEVER expect them to learn something in 2 minutes!

    "To obtain financial freedom, one must be either a business owner, an investor, or both, generating passive income, particularly on a monthly basis." - Robert Kiyosaki. I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already,got a new business my wife is managing, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! uunderstanding the intricacies of investing is crucial. That's why it's important to have a reliable support system, such as a financial consultant, who can guide you, especially when it comes to selecting assets. Personally, I work with Regina Louise Collaro, an investment advisor who collaborates with a licensed wealth management firm. I must say that my financial journey has been exceptional under her guidance. Regina is widely recognized for her excellent services, so you may already be familiar with her. Thanks to her expertise, I have achieved financial stability and now earn a consistent monthly income through her passive income strategy.

    One tip I have as a server of 4 years for newbies is that you should try to talk friendly and a little colloquial to guests you have. Show them you’re human too but remain professional. I’ve gotten countless compliments on my service for being nice but also being able to have conversations with your table about every day things is a good way to make them feel comfortable and welcome. Treat every table the same as well even if you have a usual that doesn’t tip. Having a methodical approach has helped me a ton and watching videos like this too goes a long way. Always try your best and you’ll get great tips. You’ll have bad days but when you love serving then having some tables not tip won’t matter at all when you have some usuals becoming friends with you the more you serve at a restaurant.

    I'm a server at a catering business, but I'm leaving the job because of my strict, toxic boss. She is unbelievable. She just always has to be a good server and whatnot to the customers. You should hear her say "You're welcome." It's disgusting, given how she is when there are no witnesses.

    • @VFRradio
      @VFRradio Год назад

      I have quit many jobs because of toxic leadership. I refuse to settle down in one spot anyway. The more places you work the more experience you will gain. Connections as well. I am not advocating anyone to be disloyal to their boss however, if you have dreams do not allow anyone to tie you down to theirs. Do what you can to help and keep it moving.

      @@VFRradio My boss had a good “start” at tying down my dream, so to speak. She made me feel less confident and competent at work. She said she didn’t think I could do a coffee service alone and was all "I've told you not to sign up for shifts by yourself, I've been very clear about that, I don't know how much clearer I can get for you to listen". And then she told me l need someone there to give me instructions and guide me. Now I want to prove her wrong and show her that I AM capable. Problem is, I don’t actually know if I am, because we never gave it a shot, with her belittling assumption in the way. Plus, I plan to leave the job, so why prove her wrong in the meantime?
