LEE GANNON | Portrait and a Podcast w/ Daryll #005
A photographer! In this episode we had a chat in Ayr, wandering about the harbour/ beach area and chatting in the office of Neat Digital. Lee is a photographer based in Glasgow, starting out in urban exploration but mixing in a range of other genres like street and portraits too. He was kind enough to leave a copy of his amazing photo book which is featured in the episode too. We chat a lot about photography, ideas for projects, and how some of his work inspired the pod! Greetings from a fellow film fan who also enjoys watching Horror Movies at 4 O'Clock in the morning ! It was interesting to hear you mentioning Laurel & Hardy as an early inspiration ; (also mentioned as a major influence by the late, great film critic, Derek Malcolm.) I loved the photos of you and Baxter - especially the Black & White ones. I cannot imagine you ever working in a Call Centre ; but you have surely found your 'niche' now.
