Please don’t put it under your eyes because the skin around the eyes is relatively fragile, and applying skin toner on it will put pressure on the skin around the eyes. The skin around the eyes cannot absorb these nutrients, which leads to skin problems such as fat granules and acne. Some skin toners can also damage the skin around the eyes. hopefully nothing has happened to your skin tho ❤
