I used to travel often on board of M/S Silja Serenade, but I’ve been abroad for 8 years (thougf just returning to Finland where I’m from) It would’ve been fun coincidence if we would have been there same time!

Because in the last cruise I went on an arranged excursions in Marseilles and we did not like it. First we had to wait a long time for the bus to fill up and we had to wait at every stop because of the large group. They also did not even show us the most famous sights

Yes, I want to go back and see everything there. Museums, palaces and the other islands

Thanl you. We went ashore at every port, because these cities were so interesting. Rome, Naples, Palma de Mallorca. We also wanted to see Florence but, the train was late so, we didn't have time to go there. This ship usually stops at Marseilles but, this cruise they skipped it. I will post some videos of the cites as well. And yes, we did stay in the suite 😊

@@lolav8062 I just went to Naples without the excursions. There is a lot to see in Naples. The royal Palace is very beautiful. Galleria Umberto, lots of magnificent churches, Napolitan pizza, but I can not recommend taking a taxi from the harbour because you will be paying tourist prices.

She would not lift a finger without it 😂😂😂

I love this ship so much that I could get a job there as a waiter myself 😊😊😊

Thank you for your comment. It is true that smaller ships are fun. On the large ships they can arrange magnificent shows that the smaller ships don't have. I love the ships that go between Finland and Sweden because of the beautiful landscapes.

@@WritersQuestForGlory We did not book it in advance but they have the option of buying it on board. A 4 person cabin is 30€. Not expensive. 😊
