not scaleable, not changeable and not flexible enough just a simple trick for npc but nothing more than that. Should have used animation rigging package or something like that.

Looks absolutely amazing! Have you tried enabling the LOD cross fade? I could see some LOD's popping in a few places.
Thanks! Yes, but it didn't make much of a different, I think I will add more lod's levels, that's should fix it :)
