Kotlíkový guláš
Na masti oprazime cibulku ktoru stale miesame aby neprihorela.
Do cibule (ak sme samozrejme hladny) hodime 4 narezane spekacky ktore po 10 minutach vyberieme a hned zjeme.
Ked je cibula uz hotova pridame hovadzie maso.
Za staleho miesania nam maso pekne pusti dost stavy takze nepodlievame.
Ked je hovadzina maksia (cca 1,5 hodiny) pridame bravcove maso.
Po 30 minutach pridame paradajky a papriky.
Teraz uz podlejeme (najlepsie horucov vodou).
Postupne zacneme pridavat koreniny (cervena paprika,cierne korenie,gulasove korenie,mleta rasca,sol).
Maso okostujeme a ked je uz skoro hotove pridame zemiaky a dolejeme vodou podla hustoty gulasa.
Nakoniec ked uz su aj zemiaky makke pridame pretlaceny cesnak a...

Na masti oprazime cibulku Potom pridame nadrobno nasekanu korenovu zeleninu (mrkva,zeler,petrzlen). Podlejeme to vodou osolime a okorenime a nechame varit az do zmaknutia zeleniny. Tato zelenina nam urobi dobry zaklad aby bola fazulovica dobre husta.
