Hey Jason it’s Cameron, I talked with you awhile back about buying one of your pre run cars. I wasn’t sure if you would be interested in selling your king car since you said your going to strip it out? I also liked your blizzard bash olds but I’m not sure if I could even fix that one, I’ve never had to completely weld on all new front suspension, I’ve just done minor stuff like ball joints and reweld a arms that bent. But if you might be interested just let me know thanks again. Oh I also meant to ask if you have any 2 dr old iron Gm cars with a title that’s not stripped, I’m hunting for another impala 2dr or a Buick olds or caddy 2 dr to make a fun driver out of it. Then derby it when I get bored with it. But if so just hit me up on here.

Whats different about these derby engines compared to any other sbc we would be building?
@aaadamt964 these engines are built to keep cool. Different clearances for when it does get hot it doesn't seize up. all roller to reduce heat and friction.
@jasonkinmandemoderby8181 I've heard guys claim they're bored .035 and use .030 pistons. (Just an example. You could do the same with stock bore, 40, 60, whatever.) They claim they smoke on start up but not once they're warm. Building them to stay cool seems obvious but I know some of these guys are running high compression. I've seen one guy on here that just bought an engine out of a pulling truck and has been running it in derby cars. I'd think they would want to open up the ring gap at least. I'm not sure if that was a question or statement. Haha

Hey Jason, I really enjoy your videos. I had a question, I sold out my cars awhile back except for a nice driver 75 caprice 2 dr and a clean 76 Buick Electra and I’m needing to buy parts to finish them as drivers and was wondering if you could sell me any parts you strip out of your cars. The caprice hood I got has a rust hole where the hinge mounts but it would be fine for a derby hood because the rest is clean and I was gonna see if I could give u my hood and like 150 bucks for one of your hoods? Also needing tail lights and for the Buick I’m needing a 455 to rebuild if you have any. You can message me on here if you can help me out and I’ll send you my phone number.
