Stuff like this makes me think of just how amazing this game could be if it was just…Given time to cook. I know that could be said for just about every have but it’s weird how they went from BF1 to this.

the part about PC is total bullshit. there are more PC gamers in the world than console gamers BY FAR. AND it's cheaper than owning a console. marginally higher up front cost, save actual tons of money on the software end. this is not some hidden secret arcane knowledge. I run a 1660 super in my machine and that card doesn't even support raytracing yet I still get a stable 165 FPS to match my monitor's refresh rate in literally every game I play, and that's on MAX settings too. PC gaming IS for everyone, you just need to do the bare minimum cursory level of research to know what you're doing. it's SO simple a child could do it. it's all documented in your motherboard's manual. so what's your excuse stopping you from paying LESS money for a BETTER experience? there is none. maybe if you're the CEO of some company and you need to optimize every second you spend in life it makes sense to have a console, but if you actually care about the quality of your gaming experience there is no alternative, the hardest decision to make is whether you want to run windows or linux. it's braindead simple.

It’s when you play the last two missions of this game that you think it really is the best the genre has to offer.

It’s utterly ridiculous that the F/S-15 has a better turn rate then the SP-34R. And I thought the one from 7 was too strong.

Ah, the Armored Core mission. I admit I have a bit of a soft spot for it. Not just for that, but I love both the tracks and I think the boss fight is really fun with the right aircraft. It’s also one of the few missions where it’s a direct improvement on mercenary. Helps I just think the map is gorgeous.
