Aikido tips for beginners.
I have been practicing Aikido to keep a healthy lifestyle ever since joining the National University of Singapore in 2011.
My instructor is Shihan Harry Ng of Shoshin Aikikai (Singapore). I also picked up a few things from others along the way.
